Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. All documents submitted for KYC are stored and processed in accordance with the 111bit Privacy Policy.
Each player is permitted to hold one active 111bit account only. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If 111bit identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, may be forfeited without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 111bit will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure. All payment methods registered on your 111bit account must be owned and operated by you personally. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment method not registered in your name — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being flagged for review.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 111bit reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified via your registered contact details before any dormancy fees are applied. Remaining balance after dormancy fee deductions will be preserved for a further 12-month period, after which 111bit may close the account.
111bit currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. 111bit will endeavour to provide advance notice of any changes to payment method availability.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. 111bit reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days under normal operating conditions, subject to identity verification and fraud checks being complete. 111bit reserves the right to delay processing where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 111bit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All accounts on 111bit are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no multi-currency options. Any funds deposited via international payment methods (Visa, Mastercard) will be credited to your account in BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate differences are not refundable.
111bit may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods will be specified in the relevant promotion details. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
111bit reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus and related winnings if it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal exposure, exploiting software errors, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers.
111bit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not unfairly prejudice players who have already opted into the promotion and partially completed the applicable wagering requirements.
Bets are accepted exclusively through the 111bit platform interface. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number is issued. 111bit is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on your side. You are solely responsible for confirming that your bets have been successfully placed before the relevant event commences.
All odds displayed on the 111bit platform are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager, regardless of subsequent movements. 111bit reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play betting.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: the relevant event being abandoned or postponed beyond the permitted rescheduling period, a market being suspended in error, odds being published due to a manifest technical error, or the event outcome being officially overturned by the governing sporting body. 111bit's decision on void bets is final.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, market, event, and account status. 111bit reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its discretion, particularly where patterns of exploitation of pricing errors are identified.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to short suspension periods during key moments of an event (wickets, goals, timeouts, injury stoppages). Bets placed during a suspension period will not be accepted. 111bit accepts no liability for internet latency that may affect the timing of in-play bet placement. Bets placed after the relevant outcome has already been determined will be voided.
All RNG-based casino games on the 111bit platform — including slots, virtual table games, bingo, and specialty games — use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. These RNG systems are independently tested to ensure compliance with fair play standards. Game outcomes are not influenced by the size of previous bets, account history, or any external factor beyond the RNG output.
Live casino games are streamed from professional studios operated by third-party game providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, any open game round will be completed automatically according to the game's standard rules when the connection is restored. 111bit is not liable for losses incurred as a result of disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or network conditions.

No part of the 111bit platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of 111bit.
The 111bit name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any 111bit trademark in connection with any product or service that is not operated by 111bit is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111bit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even if 111bit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
111bit's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. 111bit is not liable for losses sustained by a player as a result of platform downtime, provided that reasonable steps are taken to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance.

Any verified remaining balance in your account at the time of closure (after deduction of applicable bonus-related requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
111bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required for regulatory or compliance reasons. In cases of closure due to player misconduct, any balance may be forfeited. In cases of closure for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, verified balances will be returned.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the 111bit platform immediately ceases.
